These are just a shaping and baking modification to my original Ezekiel Bread recipe.
Mix and rise on your bread machine’s Dough setting.
Spray an 11×13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
Once the bread machine cycle is finished, turn the dough out onto a floured surface.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces (more or less – I eyeball it).
Roll each piece into a ball by tucking the edges down and pinching them together at the bottom to make an unblemished sphere. (I’ll admit this one takes a little practice.)
Place each ball seam side down in the baking pan, lining them up in a 3×4 formation.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
